Welcome to tkbit. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the tkbit website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and tkbit ("we", "us", or "our"). tkbit reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending balances.

2Account Registration & Security

To access betting and gaming services on tkbit, you are required to create a personal account. You agree that all registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Each individual may hold only one active account. Multiple accounts linked to the same person, device, household, or payment method will be treated as duplicate accounts.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. tkbit will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account.
• You must notify tkbit support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security.
• tkbit reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or failure to pass identity verification.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

tkbit processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal requests:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund your account, subject to successful KYC verification.
• tkbit does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Any funds originating from fraudulent, disputed, or reversed transactions will be immediately forfeited and the account suspended pending investigation.

tkbit reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction it deems suspicious or unusually large. Processing times may be extended during these reviews. We aim to process all approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes communicated on the Platform, though delays may occur during peak periods.

4Bonuses & Promotions

tkbit may offer bonuses, free spins, and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Applicable rollover multipliers are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.
• tkbit reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the new player offer once it has been claimed or declined.

Any attempt to abuse bonus structures — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using wagering patterns that constitute low-risk play in order to clear bonuses, or coordinating with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, as well as potential account suspension.

5Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkbit Platform. Violation of any item in this section will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any money-laundering activity or to facilitate illegal financial transactions.
• Employing any software, bot, script, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage or to interfere with the Platform's normal operations.
• Registering under false or borrowed identity, or providing forged documentation during KYC verification.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purposes of match-fixing, coordinated betting, or any other form of cheating.
• Using the Platform if you are self-excluded, if your account has been suspended, or if you are otherwise prohibited from gambling.

tkbit actively monitors Platform activity to detect and prevent prohibited conduct. If we identify such conduct, we reserve the right to take all necessary remedial measures, including legal action where appropriate.

6Responsible Gaming

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkbit, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

tkbit makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damage, tkbit's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

10Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes are published constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

11Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause prevents tkbit from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
